i almost gave this place a good review, but the room next to the basketball court was pure torture. kids playing until midnight is NOT what i expected. also, the breakfast every day had the same sponge-like eggs that seemed to be an afterthought. absolutely NO hot tub, and nobody cared about my comfort.

great access to parks and attractions for weekend explorations

the central location made it super easy for me to stroll through nearby parks and visit landmarks like the Boardwalk At Granite Park and the Crayola Experience, both just a short drive away, which I absolutely loved during my stay!

I found dirty chips behind the TV and under the nightstand, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were lacking. the dehydrated eggs were tasteless, and the biscuits were hard. The absence of fresh fruit options made the mornings less enjoyable.

Our stay in the Two-Bedroom Suite was fantastic! The room layout gave us ample space to relax, with each bedroom providing privacy. Plus, we loved having a large TV in each room and a fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. Breakfast was enjoyable, with tasty waffles being a highlight for the kids.

The laundry machines were down during our visit.

During my family's stay in the Two-Bedroom Suite, we appreciated the home-like atmosphere and ample space, making it great for longer trips. The breakfast offered a nice variety, with standout waffles and microwavable Jimmy Dean muffins. However, the bed felt inconsistent and might need replacing, and our laundry experience was frustrating due to broken machines. Still, the stay was enjoyable overall.

my stay at residence inn was great! the staff was super friendly, especially during our late check-in after our delayed flight. we felt very welcomed. also, the 24-hour fitness center was a nice plus for my family, allowing us to stay active during our trip.
